How can I view the status of my order?
Shipping of all orders is performed via UPS Ground. If you would like to have your order shipped with a different carrier or another way other than Ground, please give us a call at 877-620-3334. If feasible we will try to accommodate your request. To see if your order has shipped, please go to the Customer Service page and enter your confirmation number to track the status of your order. To track your package, please enter your tracking number into our UPS Tracking interface and track the status of your shipment.
How soon does KBI Medical Supplies ship orders?
In most cases all orders placed online before 12 noon EST will ship the same business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We will also accept a cashier’s check, purchase orders, and on occasion a company check from companies and public institutions that can show credit worthiness beforehand.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. On occasion we will try to check the messages off hours to keep the queue as low as possible for the busy Monday mornings. Please check back periodically for the addition of a live chat feature which will be added in the near future.
Is your site secure?
Yes it is. Hacker Safe (logo at the top left of every page) does a daily scan of our site to guarantee our customers the highest level of security.
Is it faster to order over the phone?
No. Our system is designed to process orders in the order they are received, so phone and web orders arrive at the same time in shipping.
Do you sell your customer's e-mail addresses?
No, we do not.
Is my order subject to state sales tax?
Orders shipped to Ohio, California, Florida and Tennessee addresses are subject to state sales tax, no sales tax is billed on orders to any other state within the US at this time. |
